awning switches

My panel with the awning switches and the front curtain switch is lite up but the switches do not operate the awnings or the curtain.  Ther are no tripped curcuit breakers.  I am at a complete loss, any suggestions would be greatl apprecisted.

Your 2008 is different from our 07.  First thing is to look at fuses in the rear closet assuming that these are both 12v circuits.  If no fuses are blown then shut off all power and batteries for a couple minutes then restart power.  Any changes?  Do you have the wiring diagram book?   Ours has an entire section on Intellitec buttons.

Thanks Keith I was able to get the lights off and the awnings working.  Now the TV motot to,lower and raise is not working I thing that the relay is bad and now I have found that it is not availabe.  Any suggestions or do I just rewire eliminating the relay?  Open to all suggestions, I know that it is almost 20 years old, Oldy but a Goody.
