Air leak, help.
« on: November 27, 2012, 05:32:13 PM »
I have an air leak in the cylinder that actuates the sliding floor on the passenger side of my 2001 Marquis. Can anyone suggest a part or part# or other fix to this problem. My local rv shop cannot seem to find a repair part.

I recently had a hydraulic oil leak in my leveling system.  I had to have a short hydraulic line made.  We removed the old one and took it to the shop.  The guys made a new line with the identical end fittings... and we simply put the new one on, refilled the tank with oil, and off we went...  $225 poorer, but it took only 1 1/2 hours, and half of that time was getting the new, little, hydraulic line made.

Where's Gerald?  He would know how to fix this.  Be patient.  Gerald will come along soon.

Phillip,
I can not tell from your question what part you need. However as soon as you know what is needed, call the parts department at Beaver Coach Sales in Bend and they will either have the part or know were to obtain it if it is available.
