Aqua Hot service in northern AZ
« on: January 05, 2013, 10:36:46 PM »
We have made it this far west, from Florida.  First 2 days were awesome. The AquaHot worked, after a fashion, but then decided not light up.

It works fine on 50 amp as an electric heater.  I even used pre-heat, when it was 6F in Holbrook this morning. We are in Cottonwood for 4 nights and will be warm. I am wondering if anyone has used mobile service in this area for AquaHot?  We are not headed south. but north on Wednesday. As a last resort I will stop at Beaver Coach when we get to Bend.  But wouldn't mind getting it fixed here at the 1000 Trails.

Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike, I know that Orman Claxton, with Orman Claxton Mobile Service Apache Junction, Mesa, Gold Canyon AZ 85220 206-660-9893 ...is in the area, Orman is a BAC member and does a lot of our service and repair's

I think John Carrillo is also close by try Tel: (970) 518 - 3085
E-mail: jcarrillo@aqua-hotservices.com

You really can't go wrong with both of these great guys

They may be able to give you some phone help.  Orman will be doing service at the Quartzsite rally and I think both are at Indio.

Thanks for the info Jerry. However it is over a 100 miles to Phoenix and I think even more to Apache Junction.

We are headed toward Bend tomorrow and have found an auxiliary heater to boost the output of the electric side of the Aqua Hot.  So we adapt and stay warm. I will find someone in Bend hopefully.

Thanks again ,
Mike

If you are going to BCS, in Bend
they should be able to help you.  They serviced mine early this year.

Mike Flowerday is also in Bend and he is excellent,  Thinking about it though he might be down in Indio already.  He normally travels south in the winter.  His phone number is 541-410-5555.
