Has anyone else had trouble with the plastic range top knobs in their rig. First time with a larger fry pan melted the plastic on the knobs. Need to replace them with metal. Words of wisdom. I can't convince hubby to eat out all the time.

Kathy,
I have never run into the problem that you described. What year and model coach do you have?

A large pan is very close to the knob and there it goes. We have a 36 ft. Beaver Monterey, 1999. It will be fine if I can find metal knobs that fit.

You might try an appliance parts center if there is one in your town. Most larger cities have appliance parts stores and they normally can find a replacement if you take your old switch handle in.
