Radio speaker above passenger seat, how turn off
« on: June 14, 2017, 01:07:23 AM »
I have a 2007 Contessa 40' and want to turn off the speaker above the passenger seat. Normally I would just disconnect one of the speaker wires. But I cannot figure out how to get to the back of the speaker. Pulling on the speaker housing does not accomplish anything. Does anybody know how to do that?

Uwe, the outter ring on the speaker pops off. Suggest using a thin blade to remove that ring then unscrew the speaker from the ceiling. Another option is to depress the volume control on your radio to access the sound menu and select balance to decrease your passenger side speaker volume. Hope this helps.
