Keypad won't lock/unlock bay doors

Out of the blue, the keypad has stopped working to lock/unlock the bay doors.  It does lock/unlock the door to the coach.  I have separate combinations for the bay doors and the coach door and it's only the combination for the bay doors that is not working.  Any advice on what to do is appreciated.

Our key pad was getting hard to push and stopped working. Replaced the key pad and three years later same thing. The key fob works so that is all we use. Just in case neither of us have the key fob on us we use the door key. First time we needed the key we struggled to remember were we put it. Does that mean it's a great hiding place or brain fog.
