TriMark controller issue?
« on: April 02, 2018, 01:10:47 AM »
My coach will no longer unlock the doors (specifically the bay doors) but does lock them. The key fob and keypad are both working this way. last week I was able to get the doors to unlock by locking/unlocking them a few times but now it is not unlocking at all. The patio light does come on when I unlock, but none of the locks actually unlock and there is no audible clicking sound either. To me this sounds like a controller problem. Anyone else ever have a problem like this?

Check the contacts on the door itself had an issue where I was locked out of the coach without my keys. Turned out to be the contacts where corroded and or dirty and just required cleaning. Just a possibility and don't cost anything to try it.

Ok, it turned out to be a relay. It's the one right below fuse 79. I took the relay out and tapped on it (I had the same problem with a pool pump once) put it back in and it worked once. I tested this several times to be sure.
