I have a low spot on the roof my 2001 Beaver Patriot Concord. It feels firm underneath the spot and not really visible, unless water is pooled there. Is there a recommended fix for this or further investigation I should do ?

Marc,
These coaches have a flat roof instead of a slightly crowned roof like some coaches, so a little water pooling is fairly normal. Therefore, unless you have a water leak problem, there is nothing that needs to be done.

Yep, I have the same problem especially behind the front AC. Just make sure you are properly seal and double sealed in that area.
