Tyrons
« on: August 26, 2021, 11:47:36 PM »
We just had Tyrons installed on the front tires.  We bought them through Shu at BCS and got right in to have them installed (two days) at ‘Bend Commercial Tire’ in Redmond Or.  They are the go to tire guys for BCS and I sure see why.  James (the Owner), Tim and the guys all got right to work and had us out the door in about 90 minutes.
Bend Commercial Tire handles most brands but also deal with the FMCA discount on Michelin.  They gave me a quote on 8 Michelins all labor included so no hidden fees.
Tyrons keep the tire from coming off the rim in a blowout.  Several BAC members have had tires go and these worked great.
Strongly suggest looking into this.

Keith I also feel more confidence knowing that the Tyrons are on board, James and his crew have been doing our work also a great shop. I still have 4 more tires to change.

I had intended to install them on all wheels too but am debating cost vs benefit.  Inside duals are next.

Keith I have always felt the fronts are key, the rear you have the safety of duals and tag. That's just my reason

The Tyr-Ons are key on the steering axle for stability if one of those tires has a blowout.  They are key on all the axles to help avoid damage to the wheel wells and exterior siding around the wheel wells in the event of blowouts.
