Cummins engine / computer diagnostics

I am interested in having our 350 Cummins Turbo connected to a computer to check diagnostics.
Don't want to spend money needlessly, what would I ask for to do a basic power and engine performance diagnostic ?
RV runs fine although I noticed a slight lack of pulling power while in Oregon last summer.
I expect it might have something to do with the Ethanol mandated in diesel fuel in Oregon but have never had diagnostics checked in the 12 years we have owned RV.
Is Cummins the best place for engine diagnostics ?

Darrell,
IMHO best choice is to see if you can connect with Dave Atherton. Going to a shop risks them finding "something serious" that needs work.

I’m not sure about your statement about Oregon mandating ethanol in diesel, Darrell. Unless something’s changed, it’s still 10% in gasoline, not diesel. You may be thinking of the 5% biodiesel requirement.

Joel,
You're correct. It's Bio Diesel. Although the minimum is 5%. It can range from 5% to 20% depending on station and location.
I filled at the Pacific Pride station in Oakland, OR. last summer and all pumps noted 20% Bio-diesel.
I was too low on fuel to try and make it further north to the next Pacific Pride.
It was after this fill up that I noticed a sluggishness when RV accelerated.
This is only part of the reason I would be interested in getting a Diagnostics check up.
