Coolant hose replacement

I am wanting to replace all of the coolant hoses on my PT with a C-13.  The problem is the metal pipe that is on the driver side below the engine.  Monaco had no idea, I hope someone has replaced the pipe and can provide me with a contact.  If not it looks like a custom made piece.  Any info about this job and sources for quality parts.  Thanks in advance.
