I have a 2002 Beaver Contessa. The main driver's side slide out (dining table and lounge chair) makes a lot of noise (sounds like scraping) when extending or retracting. Took the rig to my repair facility for repair. After diagnosing the problem. they stated the following: "Inspected the main driver side slide and found the rollers inside the shaft rail are worn and the bottom plastic are torn. This would need all the rollers and plastic sliders replaced but to do so the slide would need to be removed. SWRV is not able to remove the slide. Note, the slide is jumping teeth and is in bad shape. Needs to go to a Beaver dealer for this repair." Also they said they had difficulty in getting the slide back in. Obviously I will not be operating the slide until a repair can be made. I am in Surprise, AZ. My question is, does anyone know of a repair facility that would be capable of completing this repair that would be more local to me than BCS? I seem to recall mention on this forum of a facility run by a former technician with BCS or the original manufacturer who is located either in the Yuma area or near Parker, AZ. Thanks
