Front Brake Pads

Hello everyone. We have a 2000 Patriot and looking for the correct front brake pads. How do I identify the correct application for our coach. Or, does anyone have the listing for the front brake pads?  Thank you for any information you can share.

Web shows JIT Truck Parts has stock but I would guess any heavy duty truck parts house would have them.
