If no luck there, call Moen directly, they will send them to you. 1-800-BUY-MOEN   (1-800-289-6636)

You might want to look at their warranty here.  I have found them to be easy to work with.

I just called Moen today about my kitchen faucet that was chipping. It is six years old and they said they would sent me the part free or they would send me a complete new one for 49.00 that sells for 319.00. Should have a new one in a few days. They are great to deal with.

Since I am the original owner of my 97 Marquis I have been able to get all my Moen parts free, as they are lifetime guaranteed.
They are great to work with and in fact they just shipped me a complete kitchen sink faucet for free.

I am going through my instruction manuals and find that I have an owner's manual for a Moen PureTouch Model # 7850W.  But my kitchen faucet in my 2001 Marquis doesn't look like the one in this manual.  Mine is white, but does not have a center touch button to get purified water nor does it have a side button to change the spray.  Mine has a button (if you want to call it that) on top to change from regular faucet to spray faucet and back.

So -- what is my model number and can I get a manual for it?

I am going to call Moen Monday, but imagine they are not open today.  I want to get a replacement head with more water pressure ability, if possible.

You could probably go to the Moen site and figure it out too. That is what I did for our shower assembly.
