Wall Sweat

Been watching the areas where I had leaks before and noticed something today that I want to pass along. I have removed the drawer from the area under the Fridge. Looking in there tonight I noticed that the wall is sweating from the floor to a line about 2 inches up the length of the area under the fridge. I pulled the bottom covers off the bench seat for the dinette and see the same thing there too. I have chamois' in there to draw up the water. Any thoughts?

Warm relatively moist inside air meets outside cold wall in an enclosed area = condensation.  Find a way to ventilate the enclosures, especially if you are using the coach in the winter and cold nights.

Well that is what I was thinking Joel, but why the bottom two inches only?

In temperture gradients the bottom near the floor is the coldest region and it may also be where a metal frame in the wall is located as opposed to a void filled with insulation. If you check your motorhome on a high humidty morning in the 40s you should be able to see the entire metal frame structure on the outside wall of the coach highlighted in a condensed moisture pattern. It takes the right conditions to make this happen so patience is in order. It may help youto  sort out where the colder locations are that can be expected on your interior walls. I'm near the gulf coast and I see this pattern often in the winter. Probably would have to wait forever in the desert ...
