How about a good source for Batteries, Perferably Interstate, Any suggestions?

er guess i should have read your post better.

costco/sams club have good warrantys in addition to the mfg warranty

if you are anywhere near a USF reddaway depot interstate battery store ask them for the USF reddaway discount sometimes its pretty good.

or if you want to go to 6volts the trojan t105's will outperform the regular 12volts from my experience

I just replaced my u2200 Interstate house batteries with Trojan T105s. Checked the various outlets on the Trojan web page and ended up paying $108/ at A1 Golf Carts in Chandler. Probably could have done a bit better but needed to replace them as I'd "cooked" the Interstates due to a messed up inverter setting after Quartzsite.
