I lost the slide topper awning on the curbside bedroom slide in a storm a few weeks back. The window awning brackets were not secured correctly (although in 3 years I have never lowered them) so the entire bracket fell against the side of the coach, pulling the fabric out of the slide rail. The wind must have caught the fabric and ripped it off. However, there is still the part that is the window awning, rolled up in the tube. Apparently it was 2 piece fabric stitched together, because the remaining end has loose stitching and holes. Since then I have been trying to:
1. Figure out the model of each of my slide topper awnings.
2. Find the fabric that will be a close match to the existing color, which I think (?) is tweed.
Picture 1 below is what I think is an Omega II from Carefree, which is what the manual I have says it is. I have exchanged 6 emails back and forth with their customer service, and although the parts list from Monaco says it is part #UJ163EAJB429, Carefree insists that part # is for a SOKII slide topper.
Picture 2 below is the slide topper on the streetside livingroom slide out. I believe its also an Omega II, although a different size.
Picture 3 below is the streetside bedroom slide topper, without a window awning because there are no windows on the slideout. I believe its a SOK II.
Picture 4 below is the curbside living room slide topper which I believe is also a SOK II. There are windows on that slide, but the Carefree Eclipse power awning provides shade for that side.
Picture 5 is the parts list that is on the inside of the bathroom vanity door. I also have a separate one in my owner's packet.
Carefree insists that UJ#s are SOKII slide toppers. I have no manuals on them, but they sent me one. They sent me the part #s for the replacement fabric for the UJ#s and they are for the SOKII.
I talked to parts at BCS and they somehow used their system to search for me. They used the serial number for the P/S bedroom and told me it was an Omga II, and the part #from Carefree for the replacement fabric is TX167EA38.
Can someone confirm what I have based on what you know you have? I would be most grateful.
