Onan 7500 QD 1000 hour service

I was wondering if anyone has had the 1000 hour service done on their 7500QD generator recently. I just hit the 1000 hour mark and was curious. I'm going to speak with Cummins in Ocala after New Years to get a price quote for it.

We had ours done on the 10KW in Coburg, Oregon at onan and they quoted $895 for the "1000 Hour Service" but it didn't include all the items (for example "injector service") and I don't think any coolant hoses were replaced.  They will also charge you for the removal/replacement of it if necessary.  They didn't have to blow out the exhaust trap either because they ran it on the bench they said.  Also I had already done the coolant flush/fill and oil change so that wasn't included in the price.

They told me the only "injector service" would be to replace the injectors and mine didn't need it.

Mike, I called Cummins in Ocala and they gave me a quote of $1095 for the 1000 hour service.
That includes the removal, parts, labor, and reinstallation of unit.

I guess I will go there and get it done sometime this month.
