Hello all. I have an issue with the fresh water fill valve not working. Before I start tearing into things - does anyone know if that valve is behind the service panel in the bay?

First, let me say our coaches are different years and models, so your fill valve may be located differently. But... My fresh water fill valve is electrically operated from the water bay, and the water fill valve is located behind a removable wall cover-board (about 1' x 2') inside the basement door fore of the water bay door. For my coach that is the second basement door in front of the left (streetside) dual wheels. Immediately inside that basement door I have a wall cover-board on the right vertical wall that when removed will show the water pump, red hat solenoid, a water filter, etc. The red hat solenoid runs the water fill valve. In Forum discussions it's called the "Red Hat" valve.
