Jacks go bump in the night

It seems that after being set up and having the jacks down for a couple hours I get a "bump in the night."  Feels like one or the other of the jacks drops a smidge or so that bump and rolls the coach just a little.  No air leveling on this coach just the Power Gear hydraulic leveling jacks system.

Also, pertaining to the Power Gear system, after parking and deploying the slides when I go to set the jacks there is a "low voltage" display and I have to run the engine sometimes for a couple minutes it seems to build enough juice to get the system to work.  Many times the jacks will go down part way and the system shuts off.  Then have to restart the whole process to get leveled out.  This can take several attempts before I have a leveled out coach.   It is never a seamless operation of just hit the auto level and let it do its thing.  Could this be a bad ground or corroded wires along the electrical path to the "Power Gear?"  One final note, the chassis batteries (year old) and house batteries (6 ea-six months old) are in great shape. Does the  Power Gear system run on house or chassis?

If there is a problem with this system I would like to get it fixed prior to the end of my extended service warranty next March.

The "bump in the night" is probably caused by a leak. Either a jack seal, a hose leak, or a solenoid valve. If the solenoid valve is leaking the fluid back into the reservoir, there will be no external signs of a leak, but any other leaks will be visible. 

Your low voltage issue is usually caused by defective batteries, but if you are positive that it is not a battery issue, the next thing to check is all the power and ground connections for the leveling system, including the battery cables. I am sorry, but I am not sure which battery bank Monaco connected to your leveling system.

No visible leak that I can see and fluid level does not seem to be low either.  Sounds like a solenoid valve then.  This has been an issue prior to the addition of 6 new Trojan T-145's last spring so the batteries are in excellent shape.  The chassis batteries are only a year old. I'm thinking I need to follow the power and ground connections and clean and secure them up real well. 

Now I will need to figure out how to find, fix or replace the solenoid.
