Pacbrake part number for Cat 3126 engine?

The pacbrake on our Cat3126B engine has failed (internal butterfly missing or disconnected from shaft).  Does anyone know how to get the part number?; as I’ll have to order a whole new pacbrake.

Maybe ultrarvproducts.com  or   conequip.com would be able to help you.

I have bought parts from them but its been a long time , but their prices were good.
