Tom-

I used some Home Depot pine board to make shelves for one of our cabinets, and was surprised how a little cherry stain came to matching the rest of our woodwork.  Given how easy pine is to work with, I'd consider making a new box that will look better and last longer than the original plastic.  And if it was sun that destroyed the original, an external windshield cover can ameliorate that.

The curtain motor assembly just arrived.  There is no cost on the box for the shipping.

Let me know what the cost was so I can add it to our agreed upon price and send you a check.
