The Aladdin consists of a lot of individual modules. Most of them are still available. What went wrong with yours?
You can replace with a Silverleaf http://www.silverleafelectronics.com/?q=node/4163A

You have pressed the Aladdin's reset button and/or the Kenwood screen's reset button?

I was using it to monitor tankage, the engine instruments didn't register at all. I can't call up the menu for monitoring, or the cameras at all. I can use the radio and possibly the DVD, but all the other functions are unavailable. Blank screen. It opens when I turn the key on and closes with the key off. Just got the second reply,
Don"t know where the reset button is/are.

Robert,
The first thing to do is try to reset the Aladdin. If that does not work and you determine that the failed part is not available, the only reasonable solution is to go with Silverleaf. You can go with the inexpensive PC version running on a laptop or tablet, or the complete Aladdin replacement that is an exact fit in your dash and uses the Aladdin wiring harness with all new sensors for a lot more money.

On our coach, also a 2004 Marquis, the Aladdin's reset button is in an upper cupboard over the driver's seat on the street-side wall.  We have two buttons in that cupboard - the Aladdin's reset button and the windshield curtain's open/close button.  The Kenwood's reset button is the small, black dot to the lower, right side of the Kenwood's screen.  It must be pushed with a pen tip or the end of a paper clip.

Reset both buttons  Kenwood system lets me cycle through radio DVD etc, but no menu for cameras and or tankage, elect systems etc. The Aladdin reset button turned on the power to the Aladdin joy sticks, but they don't seem to control anything.

On the Kenwood, left side, below the screen there are three buttons - two round buttons and one rectangular, slanted button.  Push the center button labeled "AV Out".  Now push the joystick to the left.  If that doesn't work right off, then try a couple combinations of pushing that "AV Out" center button and the joystick - button first, then joystick and joystick first, then button.  I don't remember exactly which combination made mine work.

My Aladdin system was working off and on for a while, when it quite working completely I thought I would have to replace the whole system. But I started by removing the Sony screen and tested it. And found that the screen was not working, I replaced the screen and now everything is working good as new. The new plug and play screen was about $400 from RVcams.com but much cheaper than a new system.
