Aqua Hot problems on my 2004 Monterey

I'm not sure if it is a problem, but when I operate the furnace using the Aqua Hot, it blows air out of the AC ductwork.  It does blow air out of the floor registers as it should but also out of the upper duct system as well.  It is not ac air (cold) but it definately is not warm either.  Any thoughts would be appreciated.

I replaced my original thermostat with the new CCC2 digital model.  If that is what you have, check to make sure the thermostat fan setting is on auto.  Otherwise, it will run the top ducting fan along with the AquaHot.
